About Claire:

A dream 35 years in the making-- Diane Claire Whitlock has always had a passion for pastry arts. Having dedicated her life to her family she proudly bears the name of her Grandma Johnson. Of French Canadian descent, baking comes quite honestly!

A graduate of the International School of Baking, a mother of three grown daughters, wife of one fine man, and now "Grammie" to a very sweet grandaughter, Diane has the experience to back up the education! She pours all of her passion, love, and expertise into her bakes. 


She operates out of her commercial kitchen at the ranch to deliver her bakes right to your door. Whatever your needs:  weddings, family occasions, parties, a daily cinnamon bun, or weekly bread, check us out! Claire's is proud to offer you the finest baking services in the wild west.
